The system is compromised of 25,020 catch basins on City streets and parking lots.

This layer was originally created in GIS in 2002 during a digital conversion project where original Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and as-built drawings were scanned and digitized, and combined with data gathered from field work (2002, Monroe County Department of Environmental Services, Rochester, NY).
